Motor Vehicle Crash
52 years-old woman suffered lacerated liver; multiple right rib fractures; right ankle fracture; lung contusions; abdominal compartment syndrome; and other injuries when she was involved in a multiple vehicle collision on an Ohio interstate. A semi-tractor trailer tipped over and was blocking one of the two highway lanes. A car struck the trailer and spun out into Plaintiff’s lane of travel, striking the car in which she was a passenger. A third car then hit Plaintiff’s car from behind. Approximately $200,000 was paid for Plaintiff’s medical treatment and she also incurred significant lost income.

$1.85 Million – Settlement for 59 year old man struck by semi tractor trailer

The entire left side of the client’s body was crushed as a result of the impact. His injuries included a head injury, fractured facial bones, a punctured lung, multiple broken ribs, lacerated spleen, and shattered elbow and knee which required numerous surgeries. As a result of his injuries, he was unable to return to work.

$1.05 Million – Settlement in a motor vehicle crash

A 38 year-old man suffered multiple fractures of his left and right legs; fractured left arm; lacerations to his spleen and kidneys and numerous other injuries when his car was hit head-on by a speeding Mack truck. A pick-up truck that negligently pulled out in front of the Mack truck was also partially at fault for causing the crash. Client had over $240,000 in past medical expenses and also incurred significant past and future lost wages.

$1.4 Million – Motorcycle Accident

A motorcyclist was sideswiped by a Truck that failed to yield at a stop sign. The motorcyclist was hospitalized for 12 days with injuries that included a fractured femur, collapsed lung, fractured shoulder blade, fractured, sternum, fractured ribs, blurred vision, hearing loss, blood clots, loss of sensation in toes, and cuts about the head.
