Hazard: Increased risk of a crash

Honda

July

Reason: Low rear reflector performance

Impact: 28,000 motorcycles

Hazard: Risk of a crash or injury

Yamaha

January

Reason: Potential failure of the front-brake switch

Impact: 18,203 motorcycles

Hazard: Increased risk of a crash

February

Reason: Incorrect VIN on Federal Certification Label

Hazard: Fail to comply with the 49 CFR Part 567, “Certification.”

Reason: Clips on the front brake can fall out
