4 places to meet other motorcycle riders
- Ohio Bike Week
Ohio Bike Week is the perfect place to meet riders from across the state. The 2019 event is coming up on Friday, May 24, through Sunday, June 2, in Sandusky and surrounding areas. Enjoy 10 days packed full of rides, live entertainment, races, vendors, food, drinks, and much more on the shores of Lake Erie.
- Bike Nights & Other Local Motorcycle Events
Many dealerships and restaurants host Bike Nights and other motorcycle events, especially during riding season. Our favorite spots in northeast Ohio include Quaker Steak and Lube, Hale’s Harley-Davidson, and Route 30 Harley-Davidson. - Swap Meets
If you’re in the market for some new gear or trying to make some money on your old motorcycle accessories and parts, keep an eye out for swap meets in your area. These events give you a chance to mingle with other riders as you shop, and many feature food, vendors, entertainment, and raffles or door prizes.
- Riding Courses
Even the most experienced riders can benefit from learning new skills and safety techniques. Taking a riding course is a great way to meet other riders who have a similar level of experience. Motorcycle Ohio offers courses for beginners, returning riders, and advanced skills.
